Very Small Art Captures the Magic of Istanbul
No matter how many times I go to Istanbul I fall in love all over again. The sights, the smells, the people and the food make me want to pull up a chair in an outdoor cafe and stay awhile. I never get bored looking at images of this beautiful city and when I saw the work Turkish artist Hasan Kale I fell in love all over again. He paints these tiny perfect versions of Istanbul on the most gorgeous canvases.
