I was debating whether to be a sole proprietorship or a limited liability corporation (LLC). After doing some research I chose to start with the sole proprietorship and if need be in the future I can convert to an LLC. I have started the paperwork and so hopefully very soon I will have confirmation that Meandering Design is ready to go.
In the meantime I have been crocheting.
